Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation, Monday to Saturday.

Delivery Time
We currently ship Pan-India. Once dispatched, orders are delivered anywhere in India within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Charges
Orders above ₹1299 qualify for free shipping. For orders below ₹1299, a nominal shipping charge is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/WhatsApp/email so you can follow your package until it arrives.

Payment Method
All Al Shaz Perfumes orders are prepaid only, via UPI, debit/credit cards, or netbanking. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Damaged or Delayed Shipments
If your order is significantly delayed or arrives damaged in transit, please contact us on WhatsApp at +91 97213 60785 or email alshazperfumesgmail.com with your order ID, and we will resolve it promptly.
